Padel Court Earnings
Padel has been experiencing growing popularity in recent years, leading many sports facilities to consider installing dedicated padel courts. The main question is: what could be the economic return of a padel court?
This is a question that many sports facility owners are asking themselves, given the widespread popularity of this sport. However, it should be noted that a single padel court may not be a highly profitable investment due to the associated fixed costs. Based on our experience, we recommend that our clients consider installing at least two or more courts.
How Much Does a Padel Match Earn?
Regarding the profitability of a padel match, it’s worth noting that a padel match lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes and can involve two or four players, similar to tennis. The average cost per player is around €10, but it can easily reach €12 at high-quality padel centers. In a one-hour match with two players, the earnings amount to about €20. If there are four players on the court, which is the common preference in padel, the earnings double to €40.
How Much Do 2 Padel Courts Earn?
Now, let’s calculate how much a padel court can generate in a day. Suppose each game slot lasts 90 minutes and the court is operational from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM at full capacity. In this case, the court can host 9 game slots, generating daily earnings ranging from €200 to €360, depending on the number of players hosted. Considering the lower figure of €200 per day, the monthly earnings would exceed €6,000. This is an interesting return for a single padel court. However, it should be emphasized that this is a conservative estimate based on full operation for 30 days a month.
The earnings for two padel courts amount to approximately €12,000 per month.
