VISION PRO / VTR COURT
Two sides of this model are totally in glass (not interrupted by the metal structure); this allows players and audience an optimal view of the game, free from any obstacle. All the components of our courts are produced in Europe and are approved and certified.

SYNTHETIC GRASS CARPET FOR PADEL
(TEXTURED OR FIBRILLATED)
The synthetic grass carpet we supply is a high quality latest generation carpet, made up of polyethylene fiber yarn. It can be fibrillated (the carpet which is the most used in Padel with an excellent ball bounce and grip and a good durability over time) or textured (the official carpet of World Padel Tour, resistant to UV rays and frost with a high elastic memory and excellent durability over time) that is currently available in the colors green, blue, red clay/red and black depending on the type of coat. The side is 6600 dtex, woven on a 3/16″ support, composed of 28 stitches/10 cm and 58,800 stitches/m2, grass height 12 mm. The support is draining in reinforced polypropylene fabric with a polyurethane base.
The colors available for the fibrillated coats are green, blue and rust red, while those available for the textured coats are green, blue, red and black.
SAND
To ensure excellent play, dust-free silica sand with a grain size of 0.6/0.8 mm should be used. 3,000 kg/field are needed.
LIGHTING
The Italia Team Padel courts are designed for the installation of 4 lighting poles. The poles measure 6 meters in height, size 80x80x2 mm and are equipped in the upper part for fixing 2 floodlights on each pole. We can supply special pro-tour model poles. The floodlights can be halogen (metal hydride) 230V – 400W or LED 180W.
INSTALLATION FOR ALL MODELS
SUBSTRATE
The choice must be made based on the type of soil/flooring of the area where the court will be installed; the ideal solution can be identified through an inspection. For outdoor installations there are several possibilities; Italy Team Padel s.r.l. because of quality/price ratio, recommends an even concrete substrate under the artificial grass with horizontal drainage. For indoor installations, the floor of a normal industrial warehouse is sufficient for the installation of the court.
TRANSPORT
All components are packaged appropriately to avoid breakages and damage during transport. The latter is entrusted to specialized and experienced carriers.
INSTALLATION
The customer can choose to entrust us for the installation of the courts. It is carried out by our staff: qualified people with decades of experience. The time required for installing goes from 2 to 3 days with two people depending on the model of the court.
